Standard Policy: Our standard policy to reserve a rental is to ask for a credit card number to hold your rental, if you are not comfortable giving out your credit card number we do understand in that case you can either mail a deposit or we can meet you to make your deposit. For customers that wish to pay for the rental with their credit card we will charge the credit card on the Monday before the rental. Once a credit card has been charged there are no refunds on the rental however we will give you 6 months to reschedule the rental. For customers that wish to pay cash nothing will be charged to your credit card UNLESS you cancel, please see our Cancellation Policy Rain Out Policy: We do keep a close eye on the weather. I will call you the morning of your scheduled rental before we load your unit to confirm. If you decide you want to keep the reservation, we will be on our way. If you change your mind before I get to the location to set up, or you change your mind once we arrive, you are required to pay half of the rental fee. This fee is non-refundable. Please call with any questions regarding our Rain Out Policy. Delivery/Cancellation Policy: There will be no refund for ANY cancellation. If you need to cancel you will have a rain check on your rental good for 6 months from the date of your original party. Delivery time subject to change without notice.
